PROF. KWESI AMPONSAH TAWIAH - HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

Prof. Kwesi Amponsah-Tawiah

Human Resource Specialist

Prof. Kwesi Amponsah-Tawiah is a distinguished Organisational Psychologist and Professor of Organisational Development with extensive expertise in corporate governance, human capital strategy, and organisational transformation.

He holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the University of Nottingham, along with BA (Hons) and MPhil degrees from the University of Ghana. With over 80 peer-reviewed publications, he is globally recognised for his work in employee well-being, workplace safety, and organisational effectiveness.

He is a Fellow of the COIL Institute for Global Networked Learning (USA) and a member of several international professional bodies, including the British Psychological Society and the International Commission on Occupational Health.

Prof. Amponsah-Tawiah has provided advisory services to leading organisations such as the International Labour Organisation, World Health Organisation, International Finance Corporation, African Development Bank, Vodafone Ghana, Unilever Ghana, Tullow Oil Ghana, and the Volta River Authority. He currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Council of the Ireland-Ghana Chamber of Commerce.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Eric Gyasi Pinstil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media, hospitality, business development, sales, and marketing.

He is the Co-Founder of BOJ Group Ltd, established in 2013, and previously founded Total Hospitality in 2011. His business interests span garments, construction, IT services, and hospitality consultancy, supported by strong international partnerships, including collaborations in China.

Since 2017, he has worked as a business development professional for leading hotels such as Mirage Hotel, Tulip Inn, and Mensvic Grand Hotel, focusing on strategic planning, market positioning, and operational improvement.

He holds a BA in Communication from the African University College of Communications and a Diploma in Hospitality Marketing from Fordham University.

Mrs Joyce Gyasi Pinstil is an experienced administrator and project manager with a strong background in logistics, hospitality, and business operations.

She has held key roles, including Administrator at IPMC and General Manager positions within the hospitality sector. As Co-Founder of BOJ Group Ltd and Pure Pressed Ventures, she brings cross-industry expertise and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities.

In her leadership role, she provides strategic direction, oversees operational efficiency, and drives sustainable growth initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Logistics Management.

Yaw Osei-Aboagy - BOARD SECRETARY

Yaw Osei-Aboagye

Board Member

Yaw Osei-Aboagye is a highly experienced banking and business development professional with over 30 years of experience, including 26 years in banking and more than 15 years in senior management.

He has held leadership roles across SME banking, corporate finance, and marketing, including positions as Head of Marketing and Business Development and Executive Head of Corporate Banking.

He is the CEO of Osei-Aboagye Consult and a respected trainer with over 25 years of experience, having facilitated programmes for institutions such as the National Investment Bank, Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana, National Banking College, and GIMPA.

In recognition of his contributions, he was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Ghana in 2015.
